Samsung Galaxy S24 FE spotted on FCC

  • We spotted the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE on the FCC website with model number SM-S721B/DS.
  • This model that recently went live on Samsung’s support page for the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE.
  • The listing reveals the network capabilities of the upcoming smartphone, including Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, wireless charging, and GNSS support.

According to the certification, the smartphone will have support for these 5G bands: FR1 n1/2/3/5/7/8/12/20/25/26/28/38/40/41/66/75/77/78.

Apart from the FCC certification, the battery of the smartphone, which has model numbers EB-BS721ABE and EB-BS721ABY, has also passed the KTC (Korean Testing Laboratory) standards.

The battery was tested using a charging unit with model number EP-TA800, which matches Samsung’s 25W charging adapter.

The certification does not reveal other specifications of the smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE: What to expect

The smartphone is likely to launch around October 2024, having received multiple certifications recently. The US variant of the smartphone was recently spotted on Bluetooth SIG certification and before that on the Geekbench database with an undervolted Exynos chipset.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE may feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz display. The smartphone is likely to feature the Exynos 2400e SoC, paired with the Samsung Xclipse 940 GPU and at least 8GB of RAM. Based on the certification, the battery on the phone could be a 4,565mAh cell. Withan wireless charging & 25W wired charging support.

The camera system on the phone is expected to house a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and a 10MP front camera. The device will also feature a 10MP camera on the front for selfies and video chats.

It will likely run on Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1, Samsung Galaxy S24 FE the will ship, with Galaxy S24 AI features Like – Portrait Studio, Circle to Search, Sketch to Image, Generative Edit, and Live Translate. These specifications haven’t been confirmed yet, so it’s best to take this with a grain of salt.
