POCO F8 Pro, & Ultra launched

Highlights

  • POCO F8 Pro and F8 Ultra bring performance-focused hardware and Elite-series Snapdragon chipsets.
  • Both models feature Bose-tuned stereo speakers, bright displays, and large batteries.
  • The POCO F8 Pro and F8 Ultra may not launch in India, similar to previous Pro/Ultra models.

POCO has officially launched its flagship POCO F8 series globally, which includes the “POCO F8 Ultra” and POCO F8 Pro. This lineup targets users who want top-tier performance without paying the premium prices of Samsung, OnePlus, or iQOO’s flagship models. POCO has equipped both smartphones with Qualcomm’s latest Elite-series chipsets, brighter OLED/AMOLED displays, larger batteries, and upgraded Bose-tuned speakers.

There is still no mention of a vanilla POCO F8. Based on the company’s previous strategy, where the F7 Pro and F7 Ultra were skipped in India, it seems likely that only the standard F8 will enter the Indian market.

Conclusion

The POCO F8 series arrives at a time when premium smartphones are priced higher than ever. In comparison, the POCO F8 Pro and F8 Ultra offer exceptional value by combining flagship hardware, brighter displays, robust battery life, and long-term software support at relatively competitive prices.

While devices like the iQOO 15, OnePlus 15, and Samsung may deliver slightly better gaming performance or refined software experiences, POCO’s aggressive pricing gives the F8 series a clear advantage for buyers seeking top-tier hardware without crossing ₹70,000–₹80,000.
